Quorum for the annual meeting was met in advance of the meeting due to the requested attendance proxy in the 2021 ballot. Thank you for assigning your proxy!

If you plan to make any comments during the meeting, please sign up here by Thursday, March 11 at 5 p.m. This advance sign up will help with time planning for the meeting.

All advisory motions, requests to address the assembly, or other matters of business proposed for the annual meeting must be submitted, in writing, in care of the association’s executive office administrator at 23 Beachwalker Drive, Kiawah Island, SC 29455, or [email protected] no later than the close of business on March 10, 2021.

No matters are scheduled to be voted upon at the meeting. Questions and motions on matters germane to the association and the annual meeting, as determined by the presiding officer in his/her sole discretion, may be permitted from the floor at the appropriate time(s); however, such motions may be advisory only (requesting the board’s consideration), since motions cannot usurp the authority of the board to govern or call for actions that conflict with the association’s covenants and by-laws. Motions from the floor may be voted upon provided the required quorum is present. Absentee ballots cannot be counted toward quorum for items arising from the floor.
