Chris Corrada, Principal at Riverstone Properties, will host an informal meeting to get feedback and answer questions related to the proposed rezoning of the parcel adjacent to Freshfields Village. This drop-in style meeting will be held at the Town’s Municipal Center today, Monday, June 13, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Residents are encouraged to drop by any time during this period to see plans and ask questions.

Riverstone Properties announced during the June 8th Zoom webinar that they are deferring the proposed rezoning request for the scheduled Charleston County Planning Commission meeting. This is to allow the proper time to resolve the concerns relating to the rezoning.

At this time, no date has been set for the proposed rezoning request. The Town will notify the community of any new dates or information regarding this proposed rezoning request.
