I wanted to let you know that I am pretty positive that this board will not
allow any more concrete or solid products under the cottages. After going
through the ARB, I do not think anything can be done about the one already
installed. But, the ARB said that just because we allowed that one...and
it did not meet our specifications, does not mean we have to approve others
that request it. The majority of the board does not want to have any more
installed.
I got a new computer -imac-and lost some phone numbers and emails when all
was transferred over from my pc. I am still trying to replace them.
The concept that you put forth would not be considered a solid product, as
far as I am concerned. There would have to be thought given because I do
not think anyone would want it to become a "storage" area. I know you
would not, but others could make it a real trash area. When I drove
through areas that had this, some were messy. It could have been that
there were renters there at that time and they were putting everything
under the cottage.
We will be coming in this week with three grand girls.
