Sometimes you may not be sure of what you like until you try it. Try five fitness styles in one class, for free. On Sunday, Feb. 16, The Sandcastle will offer a sample of classes from 1-2:30 p.m.
Instructor Stacey will start things off with a new Strong format, followed by Zumba with Kelly, Tai Chi with Maurice, Core with Susan and Restorative Stretch with Stacey.
