Board of Directors Meeting

The Board of Directors will hold a meeting by phone on Tuesday, Sept. 17 at 11 a.m. with a limited agenda.
The majority of the cancelled (due to hurricane) Sept. 4 meeting agenda items will now be considered at a makeup meeting scheduled for Monday, Oct. 7 at 1 p.m.
At this brief meeting, the board will receive an update on Hurricane Dorian cleanup efforts and will vote to fill the board vacancy created when former Director Mike Feldmann sold his Kiawah property. The board has asked KICA Finance Committee member and former Town Council Member Diana Mezzanotte to serve the remainder of Feldmann’s term (1.5 years), and will vote Tuesday to make it official.
