This class is designed to stretch, relieve, and maintain muscular balance. This mindful routine incorporates static and dynamic stretches with a touch of classic Barre exercises to give a rejuvenating workout. Predominately preformed on the mat with slow and steady movements, this class increases flexibility, balance and overall wellness.
Class begins Monday, Jan. 6 and is complimentary to all property owners.

The Kiawah Start-up club brings together the best young companies from across the country to Kiawah. The central thesis is to focus on primarily young brands, products, and companies from the southeast U.S. and mainly Charleston. This will usually be companies with revenues of $10 million or less who are open to everything from board roles to advisory roles to consulting to funding.
The proposition is simply to have three companies present what they are doing and where they are going with what they have built. This will be followed by Q&A. This gives the Kiawah community something extremely interesting and exciting to participate in however you all see fit.
All in the Kiawah community are welcome.
Please RSVP with David Hack at dhack@NaturalCommerce.com.
