Kiawah Island Real Estate will be hosting their Annual Spring Tour of Homes on Thursday, April 18.
HOME TOUR – Complimentary
The tour is from 1:00 – 5:00 pm and will feature 11 homes. T
The tour is open to all property owners! Several of the homes on the tour will feature artists or artisans demonstrating their craft in our ‘Meet the Masters’ program.

The tour will be followed by a reception at the Kiawah Island Real Estate Main Sales Office. The reception is RSVP only. Property owners may RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org.

The Sea Islands Parkinson’s Support Group (SIPS) meets on the third Thursday of every month at 2:30 p.m. at Church of Our Saviour, 4416 Betsy Kerrison Parkway, Johns Island. Those diagnosed with PD, whether full- or part-time residents, as well as their Care Partners are welcome. Sessions will be informal, with perhaps a guest speaker from time-to-time. There is also a Parkinson’s Care Partner’s Support Group that meets on the second Thursday of each month at 12:30 p.m. at Church of Our Saviour.
Sessions are open to all, although the main focus is on residents of Kiawah, Seabrook, Johns and Wadmalaw islands. There are no dues, and RSVPs are not required.
Arts in Healing with Katie Hinson
Katie Hinson, MPS, LCAT, ATR-BC is a dedicated board-certified art therapist, supervisor, educator, and founder of the Arts in Healing Department at MUSC Health. She has over 11 years of experience working with a variety of populations in diverse settings including educational settings, outpatient clinics, hospitals and various non-profits serving adults and children who have experienced trauma.
Before returning to her hometown in Charleston, Katie spent three years working at Rikers Island utilizing art as a healing tool with the incarcerated. She is enlivened by her passion and dedicated to broadening awareness about the Creative Arts Therapies!
