The association is funded through assessments which are levied on each member property, including residential, commercial and unsubdivided land. The Finance Committee is an advisory committee to the KICA Board of Directors. The committee is comprised of members of the community, staff and board members with expertise in finance and management. Committee members provide valuable discussion and feedback on all association financial matters and make recommendations to the board.
Finance Committee meetings are open to all community members, and are a great way to understand the community’s priorities and challenges. Meetings are held at Beachwalker Center (23 Beachwalker Drive).
