From infrastructure management to landscaping, to annual assessments and payroll for the over 100 staff members, KICA’s financials are the lifeblood of the association. KICA’s accounting team welcomes your questions at firstname.lastname@example.org, (843)768-9194 or toll-free at (866)226-1770.
The association is funded through assessments which are levied on each member property, including residential, commercial and unsubdivided land. Browse the links below for an overview of the various assessments and fees, which are either mandatory by covenant or authorized by the board of directors, or to pay your assessments directly online.
The Finance Committee is an advisory committee to the KICA Board of Directors. The committee is comprised of members of the community, staff and board members with expertise in finance and management. Committee members provide valuable discussion and feedback on all association financial matters and make recommendations to the board.
Two seats open on the committee in March 2020. Apply to serve on the Finance Committee for a three-year term.
Finance Committee meetings are open to all community members, and are a great way to understand the community’s priorities and challenges. Meetings are held at Beachwalker Center (23 Beachwalker Drive).
